Yes, although with a twist. The editors will do their utmost to only list and accept sites that do add value and actually answer your - the users - questions and inform you about selected and not necessarily mainstream sites.

No category allows me to list, what now?

Please see add-a-site. We may have closed or not yet opened a category for listings. If you wish to have a top spot and be accepted fast we ask a small fee which is the payment to our editors.
